We have a geographic focus in Sri Lanka. This is because we believe to do Work that Works who need to really know the communities you work alongside.
We know these communities in Sri Lanka well as many of our original founders come from here. We understand the politics, the culture, the unsaid and can build trust & engage in harmony with local communities.
