- Higher Quality Feed: Helping farmers grow nutritious feed to boost milk fat content and increase earnings.
- Market Access: Strengthening local collection centers so farmers can reliably sell their milk.
- Technical Support: Connecting farmers with veterinary services and other essential technical providers.
- Cooperative Strengthening: Building up the local Dairy Cooperative, including establishing a loan facility to help farmers expand.
- Drought Management: Training on feeding and managing cattle during dry seasons to reduce risks.
