Our Volunteer Board governs all that we do. Our Hub team supports the field team and undertakes critical every day roles like monitoring, fundraising, legal and finance. Our Spoke team are those with special skills or wisdom that we bring in as needed for special projects and our Field team, made up of our local partners, delivers the work on the ground.

OUR SPOKE TEAM
Every day we have crazy ideas. Putting them into practice takes unique skills that we don’t have in our Hub team.
Sometimes we need these skills a few times a year and sometimes we need them just once to bring an idea to life. This is where our Spoke team come in! They are artists, writers, videographers, editors, dancers, cake bakers, musicians and so much more!
They enable us to produce merchandise like HANDMADE, bring events to life like DINE IT FORWARD, and help us fundraise and share our message in creative ways!
OUR FIELD TEAM
Our Field team are made up of our Local Partners.
We work with regional experts and hire locally. They are from the village, have moved to the village to conduct our programs or have years of experience with the villages with whom we work.
The partners that we choose to partner with have demonstrated a community-centered approach, excellent financial reporting and a deep knowledge of sustainable livelihood project implementation.
